Kakuuto AIDS support Project (KASUP) – (DANIDA –fund)
- 11 OVCs trained in various vocational skills
- 5 households with improved shelter, sanitation, and hygiene facilities
- 5 households were supported with household items including sanitation-related items.
- 5 households each empowered to be food secure through the provision of mother gardens.
- 24 paralegals equipped with skills and knowledge to offer legal first aid in two sub-counties of Kyebe and Kakuuto.

- Most at-risk populations in 9 sub-counties of Rakai district were reached with BCC messages.

Kakuuto Capacity building pilot project and OVC Fund pilot.
- Trained 24 paralegals.
- 7 CIPA staff members received a TOT on paralegal training
- A total of 2,780 (1764 women) people were sensitized in HIV and AIDS prevention, positive living including ARVs and PMTCT, gender sexual-based violence, property, and economic rights.

Empowerment of PLHIV and HIVAIDS affected people (EU –Civil Society Challenge Fund)
- 12 groups so far of PLHIV and youth with over 150 members received IGA inputs which led to increased household income
- 36 community mobilizers and staff were trained and have facilitated Human rights sessions in the community.
- An advocacy strategy developed on increased access to ART by PLHIV
- 30 vocational trainees enrolled and are undergoing training

Improvement of household incomes of widow-headed and HIV/AIDS affected families in Byakabanda S/County
- 1045 youth and adults sensitized on HIV/AIDS & reproductive health issues
- 14 groups trained in group dynamics & small scale business management
- 238 families were provided with 476 local goats & 17 improved He-goats.

- 300 PMTCT posters were printed which led to an increase in the number of pregnant mothers seeking PMTCT services.

Improvement of the socio-economic status youth and women in Kooki sub-county
- 313 women groups, 4 PLHIV groups, and 14 youth groups supported to start Income Generating Activities [they were given 210 improved varieties of she-goats & 1 He goat to each group]. This has increased their household income enabling them to meet their basic needs

Rakai Community Rights Project (EU –Civil Society Challenge Fund)
- Training in fundraising, interpersonal skills, Advocacy and lobbying skills, and proposal writing skills, and as a result 2 proposals were funded
- 13 groups of PLHIV and youth with over 200 members received IGA inputs which led to increased household income
- 36 community mobilizers and 5 field staff were trained and have facilitated BCC sessions in the community.
- Over 800 people have been reached through BCC sessions and were able to identify several problems and suggest possible solutions for them which were forwarded to local government during the rolling of development plans.

HIV/AID prevention Activities
- 735 people were sensitised through Behavioural Change Communication sessions this increased the number of people seeking VCT services
- 12,384 lifeguards and 1320 protectors were sold at subsidized prices hence increasing access
- Administrative costs met.
